developments at

with one comment has seen numerous improvements and modifications over the past several weeks, not the least of which was the addition of this blog and the baldwinsoftware wiki.

faviconNew site design:
In the past couple of days, I have completely overhauled the site design, as well. I decided I no longer want to use someone else’s borrowed css/style sheet or template, so I wrote, for the first time, in fact, my own css/style sheet, completely from scratch. I aimed to create a simple, easy to load (ie, not heavy with images), easy to read, and easy to navigate design. I hope you like it. I added the little favicon image you see above to all the main site pages, too (not wiki, blog or forum, though).

Build it, and they will post…
Today, as the latest enhancement, I added the forum, as a means of providing support forums for users, and communication tools for developers, etc., who come to be involved in these software projects with me.

  1. Just a quick note, I also edited the wordpress theme for this blog, today.
If anybody wants this wordpress theme, I have made it available at

It is a modified version of Scott Wallick's plaintxtblog theme. I just added some color, more than anything, to make it more consistent with the rest of the site.
I added the blues, changed the link-hover behavior, a few other minor edits. All the real work in creating the theme is really Scott's. I just fiddled with it to customize it a bit.

Scott's original, less colorful (but very excellent) theme can be had at as well.
